I placed an order and paid for the order , after money was transferred order hasn’t been shipped and there has been no message from you . Horrible people . Order number.

Still no refund still no joggers or jumper I am absolute shocked at the service keep emailing and nothing happens they just egnore me I can't believe this company is still allowed to operate will reporting to trading standards and do everything in my power to make people aware it is not right at all

I was completely satisfied with my order from Femme Luxe, thank you to Millie who was great with assisting me with an item i received in error her customer service was excellent and prompt in meeting my requirements, and i would definately order from them again.

NOT EVEN WORTH THE ONE STAR!!!!I cannot believe the disgusting customer service i have received from this company! I should have shopped else where! I ordered three tracksuits! And after receiving them, i done what any normal person would do! Remove the tags and:One i wore straight awayThe other 2 i put in the wash. The one i wore straight away... after a few hours, i put it in the wash (like any normal person) The two i put in the wash, after dried, it was filled with pills (balls) on the tracksuit.. it looked like it had been worn over 20 times! One looked very worn and the other worn with pills and with holes in them!!!!!The one i wore ONCE and put in the washing.. after dried! Well this one was shocking! Not only did the colour look faded, it was completely filled with pills and had threads coming out if them! Definitely will not wear this again! After contacting the company i was asked to send pics to prove this! Which i did and was very clear in the images! I was responded with the following:(Please note this is copied and pasted straight from the email)“As the items are worn and the tags have been removed, the clothing is still wearableTherefore I am unable to offer a full refund, I will take this up with our manufactures.Apologies for the inconvenience”Please can someone tell me who on earth wears clothes with tags on?! Unless this is what they want their clients to do... wear the clothes with tags on, and send them back!!!I am beyond horrified and shocked at this customer serviceAfter replying to this shocking email i got a reply from them saying that there were no rips in the clothes (even after providing evidence) and that the pills were due to the UNCONTROLLED washing!! ??FYI it was washed on 20 degrees for 40mins!! This right here just shows they do not take responsibility for there poor quality clothing! They blame the client who spend over £70!! Absolutely disgusting ?!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THE QUALITY OF THEIR CLOTHES IS SH**

Really pleased with my order. Although I did have a problem with one of my items, there was no problem whatsoever to get it replaced. I emailed the company 11th March , I got emails back the same day , then today 12th March I received my replacement. Thank you so much.Fantastic efficient service. 110%

I am so happy with Femme Luxe. My courier said my parcel was delivered although it was never received. They dealt with my concerns swiftly and have sent out another parcel to me. This is one of the greatest services I have received buying from a small retail company.extremely understanding and would recommend to anyone. if something went wrong they would be happy to put it right.

I’m not one to write reviews online. Before I ordered I watched videos on YouTube, and read bad reviews on here but I decided to take my chances. Delivery took three days(DHL) I had to pay customs charges as I reside in Ireland, and this only started since the UK left EU. I had an extra 10 per cent off my purchase which was a bonus. The quality of the clothing is top-notch for the price. I must say I’m very happy with my purchase. Everyone’s experience can and will be different but I thought I’d leave this review here for those contemplating ordering from femme luxe!.

follow up again from my emails and review - chasing this for too long now, as clearly they dont read their emails and dont update their site. Not even sure how they can still operate!=====Hi there / Rebecca or whoever is assigned to reply to feedback and complains, i am getting tired of chasing you guys for an update regarding my refund! again, i returned everything i received from you, faulty items included and 2 items missing out of the order (received in 2 different parcels and issues collecting the 2nd one with DHL - as you only put the paperwork in one of the parcels! paid almost 30 euro for the return. the least i would expect from you is to issue me a full refund back onto my card! what am i doing with a voucher which i wouldn't use (1st for item not shipped and wouldn't order with your company ever again and for sure not recommend it to any of my friends! Order value was 224.40 and received a refund of 210.42! so can someone explain what happen here and again no refund or partical refund on returns postage? sent you proof of return including the price! also where is your returns policy T&Cs not visable - only info as per FAQs quote: For details on refunds, please refer to our Returns Policy for a comprehensive overview.

Honest review. Ordered the Paula joggers in colour stone. Look nothing like they do on the website. Sizing is a bit off, and materials cheap. Ordered 3 other printed slogan joggers. One size 10, two size 12. All fit the same, sizing issue. Material again, cheaply made. Ordered a crop top in size M/L , came as not as crop top but full length t shirt, and is literally TINY. If I hadn’t had bought all these at sale price I honestly would try and get a refund. But seeing the hassle others have returning things, I’m not going to bother, it’s not worth the effort. I’ll use the bottoms as pyjama bottoms, and the t shirt might fit me when I’ve dropped about 4 stone in weight! The only pro is the delivery was super duper fast. Takeaway from this review is - if you’re thinking of ordering from here - bare in mind the material isn’t the best and the sizing isn’t accurate!

Like so many other reviews on here. Clothes are terrible quality and have. Really strange fit! I sent my stuff back for a refund almost 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received a refund .
